Veggie Soup Cleanse

Happy Sunday badasses!
We all know that abs are made in the kitchen, but it turns out so is everything else!
I kicked off my month-long @tiltbyoriana “rebalancing program” with a huge pot of veggie soup. It’s a gentle way to cleanse and detoxify your body without being too extreme. You can add hot sauce, rice, quinoa, cheese, meat, or an egg….you get the idea!
The #TILTtip for maximum flavor is to simmer/sweat your onion (and in this case mushrooms) before adding the rest of the veggies and broth.
In this batch: onion, mushrooms, celery, carrots, zucchini, kale and organic chicken broth.
Make sure you use organic produce to truly be detoxifying.
I had a bowl of this a day for 3 days. The the rest is frozen for later in the month!
